Who we are

Meet the Pyne Family

In the early 1990s, Jeff Pyne was teaching his kids how to work while running his family flooring store, Pyne Floor Coverings. The whole family had some part in the business from laying carpet, to cleaning bathrooms, pricing product, and even bookkeeping. Working in the construction industry his entire life, Jeff recognized a need. He gathered a group of talented tradesmen and together they created a collaborative construction community called Homes Complete. Construction can be a confusing process so the idea was to connect and centralize all the craftsman and skills needed to build a quality home in one place. General Contractors referring clients to flooring installers. Electricians working with painters and plumbers. Community over competition.

Over the last 25 years, Jeff’s 6 children have grown up, as has Homes Complete. Slowly morphing, strengthening weaknesses, plugging holes, and developing into something new. In 2011 Jeff’s son, Jake, graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems. By combining Jake’s knowledge and love of technology with Jeff’s lifetime of construction experience, big things started to happen. The core pillars and values that originally built Homes Complete laid the foundation for a family construction software company now known as OnRivet.

OnRivet streamlines the day to day craziness that is required to run a small business so you have more time to focus on your craft. Our mission is riveting established skills with new technology to create a stronger business and allow for maximum effort.

Growing up in the trades, we know how frustrating running a small business can be. You have a dream of creating something amazing but instead you are drowning in estimates, inventory, labor POs, and everything in between. We believe that as a craftsman, you should spend more time doing what you’re good at and less on paperwork, so we have spent years developing a way for you to do just that. With our software and app, all the little behind the scenes bits and pieces that make a project complete come together in one central place. Manage your crew, crunch numbers, schedule jobs, create invoices, track hours, view payroll, print reports, and so much more! There’s even Quickbooks online integration. Organize and control all the little stuff that drives you nuts so you can do what you really love.

Jake graduated from Utah Valley University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems. He has over 10 years experience in IT and software development ranging from computer technical support, iOS/Android development, and web development.
When not at a computer he is spending time with his beautiful wife and three children jeeping, snowmobiling, or anything outdoors.

Lynette Pyne
Operations Director

Lynette grew up in a family of small business owners. Some of her earliest memories were acting as cleanup crew by picking up broken bricks and garbage after a job was finished by her dad and other workers. Lynette put herself through college at Brigham Young University by working as an office manager of a flooring company. She loves camping, movies, trying new restaurants and hanging out with her family.

Jeff learned at a young age the ins and outs of flooring and construction from his father. He grew his dad's company to what it is now over 50 years later. One thing he has always done is focused on quality work in his trade. If Jeff is known for anything it's his integrity and love of family. He loves spending time in the mountains or Moab with his wife, 6 kids, and many, many grandkids.

Teri started her career as a bookkeeper many years ago at her kitchen table while raising 6 kids and running a business with her husband. Things have changed a lot since then with technology and she is ever changing with it. Teri loves to travel, be around family (especially those who call her Nana), and go to Disneyland as often as she can. She is our go to lady for punch and cookies!

Tena grew up in a family of brick masons. She loved to be on the job site with her dad and family. She learned from a young age how to hod tend and to work hard. In her teenage years she worked in the office of her dad's company. Tena loves to read, cheer for her favorite football team the New York Giants and spend time with her husband and 3 boys.
